His team is responsible for co-engineering & go-to-market programs across the gaming, content creation, multi-media, productivity, and professional visualization segments, helping the leading ISVs deliver increasingly amazing experiences on Intel platforms to billions of users around the world. Roger joined Intel in 1998 as a business application programmer and has led several significant product efforts at Intel, from managing Intel's Pentium roadmap to advancing web-based 3D initiatives reaching hundreds of millions of users. Roger holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA degree from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. He is also a Stanford University-trained coach in the user-focused innovation field of "design thinking" and has trained more than 4,000 leaders on the process across the industry.
